Removal of barriers to employment in East Ayrshire Lot 1: Stage 2 This project is part of a European Social Funds programme. The aims is to deliver a framework of service providers for the provision of Employability support to enable East Ayrshire residents to progress in their employment or develop new skills enabling them to take advantage of current labour market offerings. EAW operates the national five stage employability pipeline for delivery of employability services to support. This support will target participants aged 16-64 years old who require intensive support to address barriers to employment which will include people with at least 2 barriers to employment as defined by the Scottish Government.
