ASI is the leading dementia specific service provider in Ireland, providing 900,000 of community based services. The ASI provides 47 day care centres, day care at home, home care, national Helpline, nationwide network of dementia advisors as well as cafes, social clubs, online and support groups. ASI is seeking an IT strategic consultant to work closely with the senior management team to establish a technology governance framework, strategy and road map for 3 years. The consultant will provide ICT leadership and act as a source of advice during strategic planning, predesign and feasibility stage of the ICT project including: 1. Development of a vision and strategic ICT brief 2. High Level analysis of our current systems and challenges 3. Options Analysis 4. Security Considerations The consultant will work closely with senior management to identify the most appropriate solution The consultant will provide a process for IT projects prioritisation. The consultant will advise on the most appropriate delivery model to suit the needs of the organisation
