Argyll and Bute Council requires to tender for the provision of training to assist in the delivery of their Argyll & Bute Manager training plans. The Council is looking for suppliers to deliver the courses online, the preferred platform is Microsoft Teams. Lot 1: Coaching Skills for Managers An interactive course to develop managers’ coaching skills to support and develop their team. Lot 2: Developing your Communication Skills Introducing and administering a tool to identify a manager’s preferred communication style followed by individual telephone coaching sessions to help embed their learning and improve their communication skills practice. Lot 3: Effective Communication Skills for Managers An interactive course to develop managers’ effectiveness to communicate in a positive, supportive and influential way and improve knowledge and skills in relation to communication Lot 4: Managing Stress A course to support e-learning to enable managers and the organisation to meet their legal and HSE compliance responsibilities in assessing and managing stress in the workplace Lot 5: Using Outlook Effectively This course provides delegates with skills to enhance their productivity and communication through effective use of outlook. Lot 6: Facilitating Action Learning Sets This course should provide delegates with the skills to work on real challenges by using the knowledge and skills of a small group of people combined with skilled questioning, to produce fresh ideas and reinterpret familiar concepts.
