Tender description

This is a fantastic opportunity to develop and implement a new place brand for Andover in Hampshire. The market town, which features a beautiful but largely hidden river, is set to undergo major redevelopment over the coming years, following the adoption of an ambitious masterplan in 2020. It is critical that the place brand resonates with residents, businesses and prospective investors, as well as other key stakeholders, so a major element of the contract will involve engaging with those key communities and audiences. Once we have established the new place brand, we will be looking for the contractor to recommend and implement a range of communications and marketing tools and channels to best promote and embed the brand.
