Tender description

ESPO is undertaking a procurement process to identify and appoint a number of Service Providers to provide Managed Training Services. The requirement will be divided into the following Lots: • Lot 1 - Managed Service Provider The requirement of this lot is for a single Managed Service Provider (MSP) to undertake the responsibility for the Customer's training requirements, as opposed to the customer managing a selection of individual training Service Providers themselves. • Lot 2 - Learning Management System This Lot is for Customers who are looking for a Learning Management System (LMS) that helps them manage the administration, documentation, tracking, reporting and delivery of training requirements. The LMS used will help Customers manage their supply chain, and interact with training providers through the system in regards to ordering training services, compliance and management information. Tenderers are invited to bid for one or all of the lots as they wish, and should be clear what lots they are bidding for in their tender document. The framework requires Service Providers to supply throughout all regions of the United Kingdom. The framework agreementhas the option to extend for up to a further 24 months. The total estimated value stated includes the option period.
