Window Cleaning

Tender description

To do an annual clean of windows in communal areas of blocks of flats in a small area in between Bromley and Lewisham. There are about 400 blocks and about 1,000 windows. Most of the blocks are only 2 or 3 floors but there are three taller blocks, 5-7 floors, and could you please advise in your tender how you will clean them, ie abseil or water-fed pole. The blocks are listed in a spreadsheet provided with some photos. In order for the tenders to be evaluated could you please ensure that you submit the following documents with your bid; - Contract with tender price in Schedule 2 completed. - Mandatory policies as listed in Schedule 3 - Social Value proposal, see Schedule 4 - Your organisation's relevant resources - Health and Safety Policy, risk assessments and method statements - Method for cleaning taller blocks
