Tender description

Crown Commercial Service, as the Authority, intends to put in place an agreement for the provision of Voucher Schemes for use by Central Government and UK public sector bodies. Further information is included in the Additional Information section VI.3. Lot 1: It is intended that this commercial agreement will be the recommended vehicle for Voucher Schemes required by UK Central Government and public sector bodies, including those with locations overseas. It is anticipated that the service will cover a range of government funded support schemes for the UK citizen. The service will be required to be delivered through Suppliers on-line portal with multi-media access. (The security of personal data will be subject to assurance by the CCS Senior Information Risk Officer). The service must provide flexibility to include additional benefits within the scope. Please note the value at II.I.5 is an estimate that includes the face value of the vouchers and other benefits provided to citizens. Additional information: Crown Commercial Service intends to hold market engagement sessions via Webinar week commencing 08 February 2021 with those suppliers interested in potentially bidding for the resulting agreement.
