Tipperary County Council wish to invite tenderers to apply as part of the Midlands Retrofit Programme for Phase 1 Works at Tara Drive Housing Estate in Gortnahoe, Co. Tipperary to carry out Building Energy Retrofit Works to 16 No. Houses including - Heat Pump (Air to Water) heating system upgrades, attic insulation upgrades, replacement windows and doors, ventilation and air tightness works and electrical upgrades.
