Herefordshire Council is currently reviewing the provision of its Secure File Data Transfer System and have engaged Hoople Ltd, a company owned and influenced by Herefordshire Council, to support this activity. In developing our plans to meet this requirement we are issuing this Request for Information (RFI). The output from this RFI will be used to assist the council in determining the approach they take for Local Authority and Schools process for transferring secure data in the future and seeks to identify similarities and differences between Providers in the market, and additionally gain a greater understanding of specific Providers' abilities to supply data transfer system that meets the needs of Herefordshire Council.
