NPH Communal Heating, Servicing and Repair

Tender description

Northampton Partnership Homes Ltd (NPH) seek to procure the services of a Contractor for the repair and maintenance of communal heating and hot water systems to Eight communal plant rooms and communal systems on behalf of Northampton Borough Council. Work will be mostly undertaken in occupied properties and associated plant rooms; work in void properties will be the exception. The contract is for an initial 24 months, with a further option to extend for 12 months, taking the contract up to 2023 or 2024.This procurement process is being managed by Northamptonshire County Council in partnership with NPH in accordance with the Public Contracts Regulations 2015. Additional information: NPH is utilising an electronic tendering tool to manage this procurement process.
