New Tarmac footpath

Tender description

To lay a new public pedestrian footpath through a public park. Footpath construction 120metre x 1.8metre bituminous base & surface course. 100mm deep subbase granular material. 240metres concrete edging kerbs. Area is currently grass and all grass & soil excavated during works to be removed from site. Any damage caused to other areas during work will be rectified by contractor. Working area will need to be fenced to keep public away. Any plant used in works will need to be secured in a compound when not in use.
