The OC is seeking to appoint an experienced and suitably qualified Supplier to undertake an in-depth audience research, mapping and strategy project to inform the planning of the Birmingham 2022 Cultural Team, and to have shared application for cultural organisations across the West Midlands. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs).
