Framework Agreement for Permanent and Fixed Term Recruitment

Tender description

David MacBrayne HR (UK) Ltd, a subsidiary of David MacBrayne Ltd, is seeking to enter into a Framework Agreement with suitably qualified and experienced Recruitment Agencies for a Search (Database Selection) and Headhunting (Retained Search) for the supply of Permanent & Fixed Term Recruitment. The Framework will be split into 7 Lots. The Framework does not include recruitment of Apprentices, Seafarers or Operational Port employees. Lot 1: Corporate This lot is for the Search (Database Selection) and Headhunting (Retained Search) of Corporate employees, including but not limited to, Administration (General Clerical Roles), HR, Finance, Communications, Procurement and Contact Centre employees. Lot 2: Marketing / Commercial Lot 2 is for the Search (Database Selection) and Headhunting (Retained Search) of Marketing / Commercial roles. Lot 3: Information Technology Lot 3 is for the Search (Database Selection) and Headhunting (Retained Search) of Information Technology employees. Lot 4: Health, Safety, Quality and Enviroment Lot 4 is for the Search (Database Selection) and Headhunting (Retained Search) of Health, Safety, Quality and Environment (HSQE) employees. Lot 5: Project Management Lot 5 is for the Search (Database Selection) and Headhunting (Retained Search) of Project Management employees. Lot 6: Change Management Lot 6 is for the Search (Database Selection) and Headhunting (Retained Search) of Change Management employees. Lot 7: Asset Management (Engineering) Lot 7 is for the Search (Database Selection) and Headhunting (Retained Search) of specialist marine engineering employees for CalMac Ferries' Asset Management department.
