Tender description
1) Phased demolition of existing school buildings: (a) Block 1: Single storey main school building 3720 m2, (b) Block 2: Two storey PE hall 771 m2, (c) Block 3: Single storey temporary classroom 400 m2, (d) Block 4: Single storey temporary classroom 1 155 m2. 2) Phased construction of a new part three, part two and part single storey school building (10 429 m2). 3) The refurbishment of the existing vehicular entrance and the provision of a new pedestrian entrance off Kilteel road and the provision of a new vehicular entrance (emergency and service vehicles) off St Anne’s Terrace. 4) The provision of 97 No car parking spaces. 5) The provision of a new ESB substation to the South East of the site with access off St Anne’s Terrace. 6) Associated ancillary site works including new landscaping and hardplay areas. Demolition of existing school Buildings and construction of new post primary school building with associated site works.
