Tender description

NHS Ayrshire and Arran wish to source a suitably competent Contractor to provide a Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) Regime for two CHP Units within Biggart Hospital, Prestwick. By generating heat and power, these CHP Units provide power for the whole of Biggart Hospital. This PPM is required in order that these Units are fully maintained to ensure maximum uptime and that the Board can reduce carbon emissions and make use of heat which would otherwise be wasted. Planned Preventative Maintenance for two CHP Units required. One comprehensive Inspection plus one intermediate inspection per annum, approximately 6 months apart. This maintenance is required to ensure maximum uptime of these units to enable NHS Ayrshire and Arran to meet their Energy and Carbon Emission Savings.
