CE-84-20 - Professional Advisor Maybole Regeneration Project - Maybole Town Hall

Tender description

South Ayrshire Council (SAC) has a requirement to appoint a suitably qualified Conservation Accredited Professional Advisor (lead consultant) and Quantity Surveyor to take the existing Maybole Town Hall Conservation and preservation Scheme from RIBA stage 3 scheme to completion and in use. The scheme forms a key part of the wider Maybole Regeneration Project. The appointment through this contract will be to undertake the scheme to practical completion and handover, RIBA Stage 7. We require a fee quotation for the scheme from RIBA 3 to RIBA 7 i.e. Technical Design through to building In Use the fee to include the services of a Quantity Surveyor. A review of the current developed design including a value engineering exercise will be required prior to progressing through further RIBA stages.
