Stray Dog Collection and Kennelling Services. The Council is seeking to procure the services of a suitably experienced and qualified contractor to provide a stray dog collection and kennelling service. Bidders should have access to an operational kennel compliant with the standards detailed in the specification and capable of receiving members of the public for the purpose of dropping off and collecting dogs. Ideally, the kennelling facility should be located so that a member of the public resident in either council's district can make the journey by road under normal conditions to the kennels within one hour.
