Tender description

The Contractor has agreed to act as the Department's SEND Commissioner in Birmingham City Council to undertake a diagnostic assessment allowing them to issue any necessary instructions to the local authority for the purpose of securing immediate improvement in the authority's delivery of SEND Services; to identify ongoing improvement requirements; and to recommend any additional support required to deliver those improvements.
