The Committee for Economic Development’s marketing strategy includes above the line marketing, web promotion, marketing collaboration with the travel trade and Public Relations both off and on line. The aim of this tender is to secure a destination specialist PR agency to work in collaboration with Committee for Economic Development’s Trade and Media team. The successful PR agency will be dynamic, proactive and have significant experience of working with tourism related clients, including destination representation. Primary Objective To provide a range of core destination specialist PR services primarily to showcase the Islands of Guernsey as a leisure destination both to the consumer and travel trade press. Primary emphasis is short breaks and longer stays to Guernsey but PR work will also incorporate longer stays and day trips to Herm, Sark and Alderney (Guernsey’s sister Islands). All on-line activity to dovetail classical PR themes.
