Tender description
In March 2021, MID, together with County Cavan Local Development (CCLD), Louth Leader Partnership (LLP) and Regional Community Services Programme Network (CSPNET), submitted an application for funding to Irish Local Development Network (ILDN) under the Covid19 Social Enterprise Regeneration Programme 2021. This application was successful so MID is now seeking a consultant to co-ordinate and deliver the project. There are three elements to the project; 1. Development of a one-stop shop on-line resource bank for social enterprises. This will include the development of sample templates for organisational policies and procedures, covering; 1. Governance Review 2. Financial Management 3. Health & Safety 4. Human Resources (Recruitment, Contracts, Employee Handbooks) 5. Funding and Finance ( to include a funding directory and a guide to completing grant applications) 6. GDPR compliance 2. Recruit participants and deliver interactive group training on each of the six topics 3.Engage 45 Social Enterprises and perform detailed Organisational Health Checks
