Tender description

To supply a package of fully tested and proven software to manage the functions and interfaces detailed in this document, and any related items thereto. It shall be fully compliant with the Traffic Management Act 2004, Statutory Guidance and Operational Guidance. It shall also be fully compliant with the London Local Authorities Acts 1996, 2000 and 2003 and all other legislation relevant to the issuing of PCNs and Fixed Penalty Notices and Permit Processing system. It shall also be structured in such a manner that it may be adjusted to comply with future legislation and service changes.
