Ayrshire Housing Framework Agreement for Bathroom Renewals 2022 to 2026

Tender description

The works comprise the replacement of the existing sanitaryware and installation of new WC, WHB, shower, bath and bath panel, associated accessories, plumbing, minor electrical works and builders work to provide a fully functioning installation It is Ayrshire Housing's intention to enter into a Framework Agreement to carry out their Bathroom Replacement Programme for the next four years. The Framework Conditions will be the latest edition of the SBCC Framework Agreement for use in Scotland. The contract conditions for all Framework Orders will be SBCC Minor Works Contract for use in Scotland, 2016 Edition. The Framework will comprise the upgrade of approximately 260 Nr bathrooms over a three year period from 2023 to 2026. There are no programmed works for the first year of the Framework however the Association may wish to carry out ad-hoc bathroom renewal works from the framework as required.
