The purpose of this PIN is to engage the market in a pre procurement exercise to inform the requirement before proceeding to formal tender. This requirements is for the for the supply of Planned and Reactive Mechanical, Electrical, General Building Works, Reactive Plumbing, Locksmith Service. The provision of this includes Mechanical, Electrical, Public Health, BMS, Diesel UPS, Fire, Lightning Protection/Conductors and Statutory Inspections. The provision of general building works (internal and external) service. The provision of a reactive locksmith service including cell locks.
