2021-0229 Assessment and Progression Support Service for Single Homeless People Aged 16-25

Tender description

The service will provide a high quality 24-hour accommodation with support for young people aged 16-25 with an emphasis on 16/17 year olds. The service will provide young people with the skills required to enable them to live independently, and move-on to appropriate accommodation. The service will work with Islington Council, the private sector and partner agencies to identify appropriate move-on accommodation, with a move-on plan completed with the young person at the start of their tenancy.
