Provision of OutSystems Configuration Partner - Data Sharing Portal

Tender description

The Scottish Ministers have created Social Security Scotland, a new executive agency to administer devolved social security benefits. This contract is specifically focused on the iterative development of the OutSystems technology solution that will support Social Security Scotland to administer the devolved social security benefits. The Scottish Ministers, through the Scottish Government (SG) were looking to award a contract for the Agile (Scrum) Delivery of a technology solution for Other Government Department’s (OGD’s), built on an OutSystems platform. Specifically, the contract relates to the Data Sharing Portal (DSP) which will replace planned processes that will exist in the Agency and involves the handling and sharing of data that may be classed as OFFICIAL SENSITIVE. The procurement also included three future capabilities that the Buyer may ask the Supplier to provide. These were clearly outlined in the Specification. The total estimated contract value does not include these future capabilities.
