Multi Party Framework Agreement for Specialist Services relating to Delivery of Design-Thinking Services

Fáilte Ireland is seeking to establish three Framework Agreements for the provision of Design Thinking Services. The successful tenderer will comprise a highly experienced team with an extensive track record which can comprehensively provide all the inputs and expertise necessary to deliver the requirements to the highest quality. Lot 1: Application of Design Thinking interventions to fulfil a range of strategic assignments Application of Design Thinking interventions to fulfil a range of strategic assignments. Strategic assignments can range in their aims but will be focused upon any area of activity of a national enterprise agency, including optimising the development and delivery of initiatives to achieved Fáilte Ireland’s strategy and related challenges organisational excellence. Assignments must utilise robust application of design-thinking principles using a range of innovative delivery methods including but not limited to: 1. On site and remote workshops 2. Conference calls/video sessions with individuals and groups who may be geographically disparate or who require sessions to be delivery remotely without impacting on the effectiveness of the sessions 3. Other innovative and imaginative methods to deliver projects which may be suggested by the tenderer 4. Flexible and agile sessions through both face to face/on site sessions and also if required, through online platforms using remote facilitation tools and techniques capable of delivering the same quality of outputs onsite sessions are not possible due to circumstances 5. Provision a process and procedure documentation service to ensure that workshop/session outcomes are documented and implemented Lot 2: Delivery of education and learning support to Fáilte Ireland on the ethos, principles and practical application of Design Thinking Delivery of education and learning support to Fáilte Ireland on the ethos, principles and practical application of Design Thinking 1. Educate Fáilte Ireland management and staff on the field of Design-thinking – its background, principles, purpose and benefits 2. Support the development of practical Design Thinking skills with the organisation 3. Use case studies and real-world examples, including public sector examples, to demonstrate the practical application of Design-thinking in organisations, the identification of solutions and the outcomes/lessons learnt Lot 3: Utilisation of Design Thinking to drive solutions and improvements for multi-channel, technology-led systems and processes Utilisation of Design Thinking to drive solutions and improvements for multi-channel, technology-led systems and processes 1. Utilise Design Thinking to support internal business process improvements – enabling teams to work more effectively within own Divisions and also cross functionally with other business units 2. Utilise Design Thinking to support external business process improvements to drive delivery of better services to external business clients and consumers 3. Utilise Design Thinking to support new product, project or service design
