Lease and Maintenance of Franking Machines

Tender description

The four year contract with Francotyp Postalia Ltd (FP Mailing) is for the lease and maintenance of two franking machines to be delivered to the post room at County Offices, Newland, Lincoln. The service contract also provides the opportunity for the stakeholder to purchase consumables such as ink and labels directly from the Supplier. Ongoing preventative maintenance and training will also be provided alongside access to a management information system which will capture relevant usage data to aid the Council in managing the contract.
