Rosses Point Development Association CLG are seeking the consultancy services of marine engineering specialists for the following project: The project will look at the feasibility and design plan of a community boat park within the village of Rosses Point, County Sligo. The project will look at the delivery of separate facilities for both commercial and domestic use. The existing facilities while improved in recent years, are still inadequate in meeting demand and health and safety. A feasibility and design plan be carried out that will look at the delivery of a community boat park in Rosses Point Co. Sligo. The plan should include the following:  Feasibility Assessment • Literature review & desktop research • Stakeholder consultations • Public Workshop • Economic and social analysis • Integrated roadmap for delivery of the project  Surveys and Investigations • Onshore topographical survey at MLWS • Hydrographic surveying o Multibeam o Sub-bottom profiling  Environmental Assessments • Ecological Constraints Study • Baseline Ecological Study • Natura Impact Study (NIS)  Engineering Scheme Design • On-site assessment of existing infrastructure • Development of basis of design document incl. functional requirements • Engineering scheme design of marina to BS6349 • Scheme design of landside facilities including access roads, parking and services • Options appraisal for proposed layout (prepare 3 no. layout options for discussion) • Layout drawings of the preferred option  Cost estimation of preferred option  Presentation of findings
