Tender description

1.1 The Scottish Government’s Justice Analytical Services (JAS) Division wishes to undertake analysis of the changes to civil justice processes and procedures flowing from the pandemic response, with a particular focus on the adoption of ‘virtual hearings’. The primary aim of the research is to provide evidence to determine the value of the measures adopted by the Courts/Tribunals during the pandemic; whether there is an intention that they should continue to be used; and, if so, if these measures need to be adapted or improved in any way.
