Lisburn and Castlereagh City Council seeks to appoint a suitably qualified contractor to deliver a `pilot` research project consisting of the delivery of 80 no. start-up business plans and associated mentoring via an online business planning tool. The Online tool will be pre-selected by LCCC and supplied free of charge to the successful tenderer.
