Stonewater-Heating contracts in the West and East & North Regions

Tender description

The contract will be for the provision of a 24 hour, 365 days a year cover for all non-electrical heating systems (domestic and commercial), including emergency and out of hours. The contract will also allow the client the option to include other planned and reactive works, etc. subject to the performance of the appointed service provider. Lot 1: East & North Region - North Area The contract will be for the provision of a 24 hour, 365 days a year cover for all servicing and breakdown works for heating systems (domestic and commercial), including emergency and out of hours. This will include renewable technologies but excludes any electrically heated homes, unless a 'wet' system. The contract will also allow the client the option to include other planned and reactive works, such as mechanical and electrical servicing/maintenance, compliance services, etc. subject to the performance of the appointed service provider.
