Help managers to have the skillset and mindset to be as productive and efficient as possible. • Support managers to identify and prioritise what matters, leaving time for leadership work. • Provide managers with the tools and techniques to manage their email box more effectively which will help them form better email habits. • Share tools which will improve team meetings and help the team work more effectively as a collective. Description of service required : This specification covers work required for a Working Smarter module and post module coaching to embed the changes in behaviour that lead to smarter working over the next 2 years. We iterate and change our development programmes according to business need and delegate feedback so the structure of the offer may change within the 2 years.
