Enterprising Monaghan is a not-for-profit charity which is run by a board of management who are local entrepreneurs and businesspeople that work on a voluntary basis. We assist and support entrepreneurs, start-ups and SMEs throughout the county, in a number of ways including facilitating the provision of high-quality office space in Monaghan Town, Carrickmacross, Emyvale, Clones and Ballybay. Enterprising Monaghan are aware of the many benefits of remote working and facilitate hot desks and remote working in some of our offices. Education of Employees and employers alike is the cornerstone of a remote access strategy and for this reason Enterprising Monaghan wish to develop a training course to empower users by giving both managers and employees the knowledge they require to ensure minimal interruption and maximum productivity whether they be in the office or working remotely. Programme delivery should take the format of 8-10 sessions- Tenderers should present a blended model of delivery with a rationale for their proposed mix between in person delivery at Enterprising Monaghan’s training suite and online delivery. A minimum of 2 sessions will be mentor/peer training sessions on a one-to-one basis in a format, or at a site that is convenient to all. In person delivery should take place at Enterprising Monaghan premises at Building 4, M-Tek 1, Armagh Rd, Knockaconny, Monaghan, H18 K038. All training should however allow for transfer to full remote access should the need arise. The programme will have a rollout of 9 courses to be delivered in total i.e. 3 every year and should include at a minimum, certification of completion or other awards you may suggest. The tenderer should develop a marketing strategy with Enterprising Monaghan in order to attract attendees to the course. On completion, the course will be owned by Enterprising Monaghan and use of same should only be used by other 3rd parties with written and explicit permission.
