Provision of parking services software and software support (2022)

Tender description

Medway Council is seeking to commission a single contractor for the provision of parking services software and software maintenance across the Medway catchment area. The Council's approach is to commission a single Lead Provider to offer the services in line with the inclusion and exclusion criteria outlined in the service specification. The requirement is fully detailed in the Service Specification, ICT Security Policy (Appendix A) and ICT Minimum Requirements which is attached to the competition documentation. The Specification describes the key features of the service being commissioned and the expectations of Medway Council. The proposed contract length is a 1 year plus option to extend for another 12 months.
