Provision of Maintenance of Air Conditioning, Refrigeration and Ventilation Equipment for the University of Sunderland - AWARD

Tender description

University of Sunderland has the responsibility for the service and maintenance of the air conditioning, refrigeration and ventilation plant across the campus. It is required to establish a 3-year service and maintenance contract for all of the Air Conditioning, Refrigeration and Ventilation equipment. The Contract is for a period of 3 years commencing 1 Aug 2021 (with the option to extend for a further 2 years). Overall contract value is estimated at £150,000 over 5 years (the maximum contract length) i.e. GBP £30,000 per annum (excluding VAT) - note there are no guarantees on spend levels.
