IT Outage Alerting Software

Tender description

We are looking for some alerting software for IT Outage that we want to procure and wanted to send out expressions of interest to see what is on the market. The key functionality needed is: 1. Needs to be able to have on premises server option to avoid losing access in the event of an internet outage 2. Needs to be able to send alerts to Windows based devices 3. Needs to be able to send alerts to iOS and Android devices 4. Need to be able to send to groups of devices or users with active directory integration 5. Need to be able to customise the alert boxes with branding 6. Alerts boxes need to be colour coded in (red, amber, green, blue) 7. Need to be able to create single click prebuilt alerts in the form of easy to use "widgets" 8. Need to be able to customise the length of time the alert remains on the screen 9. Need to have the option to use either pop up box or ticker tape 10. Control over the position where the alert appears on the screen 11. Need to have some form of reporting for certain alerts, such as acknowledgements they have been read 12.
