<p>The Government aspires to relocate sports facilities away from an existing centre (Fort Regent) which is subject to further development and a separate master planning exercise.&nbsp; To release that facility for its intended future use, two sites have been identified as receptors to relocated sports and clubs: Springfield and Oakfield.&nbsp; These sites will house relocated clubs from the existing facilities.&nbsp;</p> <p>This procurement relates to Springfield, and to the creation of new sports facilities internally including fit out of existing changing areas.&nbsp;</p> <p>The Scheme is funded in part by the Jersey Fiscal Stimulus Fund.&nbsp;</p> <p>The Contracting Authority is seeking to appoint a suitably experienced organisation (the Main Contractor) to carry out internal fit out works including alterations to existing studios, creation of new mezzanine level, changing room fit out and other general refurbishment works to the existing sports facility, the Main Contractor will be expected to enter into a contract with the Contracting Authority contract works (the <strong>Works</strong>).</p> <p>Prospective contractors are to sign and return the attached confidentiality undertaking to nathan.woodland@colinsmith.co.uk before the ITT will be released.&nbsp; Tenders are to be returned 21/10/2021 at 1200hrs.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p> Keywords: Springfield
