<p>PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING:</p> <p>THIS ADVERT ONLY RELATES TO THE RE-PUBLISHED DEMOLITION LOTS AVAILABLE FOR THE H2 - NEW HOUSING FRAMEWORK ADVERTISED&nbsp;</p> <p>THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE FOR CARRYING OUT WORK WITHIN ENGLAND ONLY, LHC HAVE PUBLISHED A SEPERATE OPPORTUNITY FOR SCOTLAND.</p> <p>THIS ADVERT ONLY RELATES TO THE RE-PUBLISHED DEMOLITION LOTS AVAILABLE FOR THE H2 - NEW HOUSING FRAMEWORK ADVERTISED&nbsp;</p> <p>Based on feedback recevied during the original tender response period LHC have revised the&nbsp;value bands for the two demolition lots (workstream 6a &amp; 6b - lots 15 and 16) within the H2 - New Building Housing Framework opportunity and have re-issued the opportunity for these two lots only.</p> <p>See below the revised value bands for lots 15 and 16:</p> <p><strong><u>Lot 15 - Demolition and Associated Site Enabling Works </u></strong></p> <p><strong>Original Value Band - </strong>Projects up to &pound;2m</p> <p><strong>Original Minimum Turnover Requirements &ndash; </strong>&pound;3m</p> <p><strong>NEW VALUE BAND - </strong>Projects up to &pound;750,000</p> <p><strong>NEW TURNOVER REQUIREMENTS - </strong>&pound;1m</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong><u>Lot 16 - Demolition and Associated Site Enabling Works &ndash; Projects over &pound;2m</u></strong></p> <p><strong>Original Value Band - </strong>Projects over &pound;2m</p> <p><strong>Original Minimum Turnover Requirements &ndash; </strong>&pound;6m</p> <p><strong>NEW VALUE BAND - </strong>Projects over &pound;750,000</p> <p><strong>NEW TURNOVER REQUIREMENTS - </strong>&pound;2m</p> <p>LHC is seeking interest from suitable organisations for the above lots within England.
