Tender description
East Ayrshire Council are developing a Framework which covers a range of Estate Agency services including the valuation and marketing of residential properties. EAC would like to engage with interested parties for market research purposes. Please record your interest on this Prior Information Notice and EAC will be in touch with a market research questionnaire in due course. It is proposed that the following services will be included under this framework: estate agency services, production of home reports and home report refreshes, valuation of properties including block valuations.
