Tender description
SOLAS is looking for a company to introduce a methodology and practices into SOLAS that will embed the defined SOLAS Values into the organisation. The SOLAS Values (Transparent, Respectful, Innovative, Brave and Effective) have been created in SOLAS by the staff for the staff. Each of us have our own personal and professional values that shape the way we act and behave. The five agreed SOLAS values have a clear definition and a series of associated standards of behaviour to identify expectations of each staff member.
