Tender description

The requirement is to purchase services to accelerate the development of a minimum viable product (MVP)Cloud Data Platform in our own MCA Azure Cloud environment. We will look to procure services that allow us toreuse a proven architecture and data science tooling, providingan initial capability for the Data and Analytics team that can be alliteratively expanded.
