NO AGREEMENT WITH THIS ORGANISATION I originally put the first van into NEAS with the aid of the fleet manager from Renault Trucks UK Ltd several years ago, we were able to demonstrate the value of using a commercial vehicle supplier over the car/ van derived franchised suppliers you had previously been using. With our commercial background to back the product up 24/7- 365, including roadside repairs and weekend / night service, your team kept coming back for more vans time and time again. With this continued working relationship we have also placed an agreed basket of parts into your stores for you to pick off for warranty purposes, thus saving you time and money, as you would then be able to do the repair in house and not always have to be bringing them into a depot for warranty work being carried out.
