Tender description

Birmingham City Council requires a supplier for the provision of suitably competent and experienced persons to provide 'Educational Visits Adviser' services in accordance with the Health and Safety at Work etc. Act 1974, relevant statutory provisions, recognised national guidance for the Management of Outdoor Learning, Off-site Visits and Learning Outside the Classroom Activities (OEAP) and BCC Policy and Guidance for Educational Visits and Learning Outside of the Classroom. This contract will be for a 1 year commencing 1st October 2021 until 30th September 2022 with the option of extending by a further year subject to satisfactory performance. The Council will be using its free to use e-tendering system (in-tend) for the administration of this procurement process and potential suppliers must register with the system to be able to express an interest.
