Tender description

<p>The purpose of this tender is to commission the development and ongoing management of a solution to support citizen engagement activities within China as part of the UK-China Healthy Ageing Innovation Stream project. We expect this will be best facilitated through WeChat and an integrated Mini Program and we are looking for a provider that can develop, deploy and handle the ongoing administration and management of this solution on our behalf in China.
