The Lehenaghmore Road Improvement Scheme is located along the L2455 local road at the southern end of the Pouladuff Road at the Tramore Road Roundabout and extends southwards approximately 1.9km uphill to Lehenagh More. From here the proposed scheme follows the L2454 Togher Road from Barrett’s Junction north west and downhill for a distance of 700m. The works will involve ground investigation (GI) cable percussive and rotary boreholes, trial pits, slit trenches, pavement cores, ground penetration radar and falling weight deflectometer surveys. The works will be carried out within publicly and privately-owned land, in greenfield, developed land and on roadways.
