Tender description

Wiltshire Council has a requirement to procure Contractors for Specialist Surfacing and Associated Highways Works Framework Contract is required to enable the Client to establish a list of approved suitable Contractors to carry out works or provide a service or goods on an ‘as instructed’ basis through call off contracts in accordance with the NEC4 contracts.
