GB-Telford: Supply and Management of Footfall Monitoring

Tender description

Telford & Wrekin Council is inviting bids for the supply and management of a footfall monitoring solution for the counting of pedestrian numbers in 7 locations. We require a solution that does not have a requirement for the installation of equipment within the locality. The supplier is responsible for the data collection and analysis, meeting Data Protection and Information Governance requirements, online data presentation, download of data sets and maintenance of the system and provision of footfall data at agreed frequency. The contract will commence as soon as possible and shall continue for a period of 12 months. The Council may extend this agreement beyond the Initial Term by a further period of up to 24 months, in two 12 months extension. If the Council wishes to extend this agreement, it shall give the Supplier at least 1 month's written notice of such intention before the expiry of the Initial Term or Extension Period(s). This is an ERDF and HM Government funded programme of work through the Welcome Back Fund.
