(English follows) Tá Ealaín na Gaeltachta ag lorg seirbhísí comhairleoireachta chun tacú linn Straitéis Ealaín na Gaeltachta 2023 - 2028 a ullmhú agus chun athbhreithniú a dhéanamh ar chórais oibre na heagraise, i gcomhthéacs móreachtra macasamhail an méid a thit amach ó tháinig Covid-19 i bhfeidhm. Chuige seo, beidh athbhreithniú ag teastáil ar thorthaí Staitéis 2018-2022, i gcomhairle lenár geallshealbhóirí, an pobail ealaíona agus pobail na Gaeltachta san áireamh, agus le bord agus foireann Ealaín na Gaeltachta féin. Tá iniúchadh le déanamh ar ár gcórais reatha, a chuimsíonn airgeadais, iarratais, teicneolaíochta, cumarsáide agus pearsanra. Tá comhairle agus moltaí á lorg againn i dtreo na córais seo a fhorbairt i slí comhtháite, a chuirfeas ar ár gcumas Stratéis 2023-2028 a chur i bhfeidhm go héifeachtach. Ealaín na Gaeltachta seeks consultancy services to support us in developing our arts development strategy 2023-2028, to review our 2018-2022 strategy and to audit our various systems and make recommendations on how best develop them in service of our new strategy.
