Colwyn Bay Leisure Centre - Window Replacements 2021-2022

Tender description

The works will comprise of undertaking door and window replacements to an existing Leisure Complex located in Colwyn Bay, North Wales. Works will include the removal of existing steel faced timber framed doors and Aluminium fixed pane windows primarily to the café and swimming pool areas of the complex and replacing with new UPVC doors and windows in line with “Secured by Design” principals and current British Standards. There are 14 very large pane windows and 6 double doors sets, 5 sets are double fire exit doors, one set of double louvre doors and a single external door(making 13 door leaves in total) Fixed into openings of traditional construction with traditional finishes
