Blackpool Council Repair & Maintenance Services - Work package values < £10k Lot 1: Blackpool Council is looking to appoint a suitably qualified and technically competent Contractor to provide repair and maintenance services for a very varied portfolio of properties and assets mostly across the town of Blackpool. Please register an interest in this opportunity on the Council's supplier portal to access the full specification of requirements along with the full suite of tender documentation. Blackpool Council wishes to appoint a single contractor who can clearly demonstrate the ability to meet our requirements and who offers the most economically advantageous tender. It is anticipated that the contract term will be from 1st October 2021 to 30th September 2023 (2 year), with the option to extend for a period of 1 year (subject to contract review and budget availability). It has been advised that TUPE will apply for the requirements of this service. Before any workforce information (including that relating to pensions) can be supplied Tenderers will be required to complete and return the Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) issued with the Tender documents.
